When you try to squeeze the product, there is no way to get it to the very top.
Look at how much product remains in the container. Just think how much toothpaste, lotion, and makeup goes unused over time.
Lotion with the pump top is no different, since the pump never really reaches the very bottom of the container.
Don't forget to clean your containers and make sure to label.
How cool is that?!??

I use Aveeno and swear every time that the there's like 25% of the bottle left! I usually just store it upside down and use it without the pump. But transferring it is a good idea too!
ReplyDeleteYes, I relate to the storing things upside-down. I just get tired of propping the containers up against something.
DeleteGreat idea! I often slit my tubes and squeeze from the bottom, this stuff costs so much!
ReplyDeleteHello Coco...I get it, yes my MK lady gave me the idea of slitting the tubes at the end.. but then the stuff dried out too fast..or in my case the aveena turned brown because of the oatmeal content.
DeleteI have very long hair and curse my pantene conditioner all the time. Thank you for a solution.
ReplyDeleteI can see why you would get upset...long hair and short on products is not cool.
DeleteWith lotion when it gets light, I hang them upside then take the pumper out and shake. And.... I'm not above adding a little water like it's ketchup...... IJS
ReplyDeleteI get the hanging upside down...but there would be a lot of containers hanging around like that.
